Borrowing Computer Equipment
Thank you for letting me know that you require some support with computer equipment. I have been asked by the authority to put in a request on your behalf online. I need to fill out a form which will then become your agreement. If equipment is lost or damaged there will be a cost to you. If you do not want me to proceed with the online application because of this please let me know. It will be good to know that every one has online access. Thank you
