END OF DAY ARRANGEMENTS

When collecting pupils tomorrow please note:

Pupils in Miss Barclay's class nurs/rec/Y1 OLIVE Class, Mrs Harris Y1/Y2 FLORENCE class will finish school at 3pm. Pupils in the NEST will also finish at this time.

Pupils in Y2/Y3 Mrs Murphy's class TRINITY and Y4 MR Lewis TREGONING class will finish at 3.05pm

Pupils in Y5 Mrs Mason WESTBURY class and Y6 Mr Gravell BETHANIA class will finish at 3.10pm.

This is just to prevent too many pupils being at the gate at the same time. Please do not call your child to come to you. Until a member of staff sees you , your child will be told not to leave the teacher.

This is the first time we have done this and would like your help , understanding and patience.

NEW RECEPTION AREA

Dear Parents , the LA have changed the reception area in our school to make it more secure and safe for staff and pupils. You will not be able to enter the school by ringing the bell, instead you will speak through the hatch and if it is necessary for you to enter we will release the door.

At arrival and departure times the door will be open to allow pupils to leave. For security, there is no longer a switch in the main area of reception which can be pressed to exit. There is now a remote switch which is accessed from the school office to allow visitors to exit the building.

Please also note that the company who provide the school APP is no longer available. Until further notice all messages will be given through facebook and on the school website.

If you know anyone who is not on our facebook page or needs access, could you please encourage them to do so.

St David's Day

On 1st March we would love your child to wear red, green, white or a rugby shirt and if possible a welsh costume for our Eisteddford. Hopefully, given you notice will help with your preparations.
