  If you are interested in your child playing a musical instrument, could you please call into school or telephone Mrs Jones before the end of the school day next Wednesday 12th September. Apologies for the short notice but we will miss out on an excellent opportunity if we don't move quickly. If we have already spoken please call in so I can take down details.

  Your children are about to start working on the theme muck and mixtures. As this is really messy and involves lots of tasting and using a variety of different liquids we would ask if your child has any allergies could you please us know. It's going to be a lot of fun!!!!

• Water bottles, lunch boxes and clothing.

  Please could we ask that pupils bring water to school in labelled bottles rather than juice or squash. 

  If your child has a lunch box would you please write their name in ink on the front. Any clothing or bags that your child has for school needs to be labelled. As we have the same colour jumpers and lunch boxes , it is very difficult to work out which jumper or lunch box belongs to your child.

• Party and disco

  On the last day of term we will be having discos and party food.
